Understanding delivery estimates and order tracking

Know what to check before ordering and how to read tracking updates after a parcel has been dispatched.

Check the destination before comparing

Delivery options depend on the exact product, variant, warehouse and destination. Set your shipping country while browsing, then enter the full address at checkout to review the available quote. A delivery example for another country is not a quote for your address. Check the selected service and any separately stated charges before confirming the order.

Distinguish processing from transit

Order processing happens before the carrier receives a parcel. Transit describes the journey after dispatch. A delivery estimate may describe one or both periods, so read its wording carefully. Customs checks, weekends and local delivery conditions can affect the journey. Treat an estimate as an estimate unless the selected service explicitly provides a delivery guarantee.

Follow the parcel in your account

Use the customer account associated with your purchase to review the order and any available tracking details. A label-created event does not always mean the carrier has physically received the parcel. Tracking may pause between handling points. If an order has more than one shipment, check each tracking reference separately rather than assuming one parcel contains everything.

Keep support requests specific

If an update is unclear or a parcel appears delayed, contact support with the order reference and a short description of the issue. Do not share your password or payment credentials. Check the shipping and return policies for the process that applies to your order. If the store is showing test mode, the simulated order flow does not create a real paid purchase or supplier shipment.
