Start a return or problem report from your order in My account. We coordinate the case with CJdropshipping. Ship a return only after you receive the approved warehouse address and instructions for your case. Our business address is not a return warehouse.
Return instructions
Request a return or report a problem from your order in My account. Ordernship coordinates the review with CJdropshipping. Return a package only after receiving the CJ-approved warehouse address and instructions for your case. Do not send returns to the Ordernship business address.
Request a return
Contact us within 30 days after delivery, with your order number, the reason for return and photos if an item is damaged or incorrect. Do not send goods to the supplier without return instructions.
Review and refund
We review each request and confirm eligibility, return instructions and any return shipping cost before you send an item back. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable.
